Your job
- Standardize processes, operating instructions and line layout to reduce waste.
- Analyze data, find causes of deviations and implement improvements according to Lean and Six Sigma.
- Monitor equipment performance and personnel capacity; Coordinate IE team and train new processes.
What we look for
- Graduated from technical university, industrial engineering preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in IE or related field, including at least 1 year as a team leader.
- Able to analyze production, manage projects and communicate in English.
