Beautifully approved bags may still have scratches, strap marks or dented corners before reaching the counter. For businesses that supply bags to many stores, packaging and storage methods should be agreed upon as soon as the order is placed.
Agree product specifications before production
Determine the number of bags per bundle, the number of bundles per box and the direction of the straps. For scratchy surfaces, try a full container to see how the bags rub against each other. Only add a barrier layer in the position that needs protection, avoid increasing supplies with unknown effects.
Receive goods and keep batch information
| Check | Records should be kept |
|---|---|
| Outer box | Photos of dented, damp marks and batch labels |
| Quantity | Bundle specifications and number of boxes actually received |
| Bags in bales | Samples taken in many locations, images with errors |
When receiving goods, write down the box number and batch code, and take pictures of dented or damp marks on the outside. Test bags in multiple locations according to the agreed sampling method. Compare both intact and damaged packages to help find the cause.
The warehouse needs to be clean and dry
Keep the warehouse clean and dry; Place the box off the floor and away from water sources, direct sunlight or sharp objects. Follow material storage instructions and established stacking limits. When issuing bags to the store, keep batch information for easy feedback.
If the box is too large for each store's usage, staff must open, divide and close it many times. Smaller parcels can reduce bag handling, but require additional packaging and delivery costs.
Can the bag with the straps attached be folded completely flat?
The degree of flat folding depends on the strap type and bag structure. Check a complete bale instead of pressing every bag the same way. For paper with texture or scratch-sensitive effects, you should see a sample after shipping for testing.
Send SquareBag the quantity supplied to each point of sale and warehouse conditions to agree on appropriate packaging.
