Measure the packaged product set
Measure the length, width, height and weight of the product after the actual packaging to be used. If packaged in a set, list each item, accessories and arrangement. Indicate whether the item is sold over the counter, given as a gift, or shipped to determine protection requirements. If there is already packaging, send a sample with the points you want to improve. Prepare content and identification
Submit logo, tested content, color palette and identification instructions if applicable. Reference samples should include notes about details you want to keep, such as shape, straps or surface feel. For photos and logos, send suitable original files to check printability; Don't just use screenshots.
Finalize quantity, delivery schedule and approval sample
Record the number of each version, expected budget, delivery location and delivery date. Leave time for inspection and distribution before the date of use. Pre-production, confirm specifications, final files, approval samples and quote scope.
